Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Only regular-priced items may be returned. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with the following details:
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)
We will review your request within 2 business days and provide return instructions if your item qualifies.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- We do not refund original shipping fees unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photos. We will prioritize replacements or refunds at no additional cost.
Late or Missing Refunds
